Constructed of 9-ply birch plywood, this lighthouse comes overlaid with durable exterior paint to beautifully withstand the elements. Features include standard electrical lighting, with maximum 25-watt bulb recommended for the beacon. Eight-foot electrical cord included. Adding stones beneath lighthouse structure and avoiding placement directly on mulch or dirt only adds a decorative touch, but also allows birch plywood to breathe, prolonging the integrity of the wood.

Options include: 

Solar light. Don’t want power cords in your yard? Then add a solar light and let the sun power your beacon instead. Replenishing its power during day from the sun and lighting up at nightfall, solar light glows with a beam comparable to a 1.5-watt bulb, lasting up to eight hours.

Revolving light. Add realism and fun with an optional revolving light. This feature continually turns the beacon 360 degrees for a true representation of an operational lighthouse. Offered only on electric-powered lighthouses. Not available on 2’ models. 

Dusk to Dawn Sensor:   This sensor will automatically activate the light beginning at dusk. It will remain illuminated until dawn.Flasher light. Slow, blinking-effect light tranquilly flickers off and on. Offered only on electric-powered models.
