Please note that this item is too large for UPS or FedEx and will be delivered by common carrier motor freight, such as Roadway or Conway. When furniture is delivered by truck freight, the shipper will be in touch with you to arrange a date and time for delivery. It will be your responsibility to move the piece from the rear of the truck; (Although it is not fully assembled, some of the pieces may still be heavy.) therefore, you will need to make accommodations to have someone on hand to assist the driver with unloading. Although the shipping company may suggest a liftgate or fork lift, it is not necessary. You may tell the shipping company that the pallet will be opened on the truck and you will take it off in pieces. For most lawn furniture, 2 people are sufficient. Most drivers are nice and, for a small gratuity, will help with the unloading. Lift gate service is usually available to unload the item from the truck for an additional charge. Please call us if you desire this service. Even with lift gate service however, the driver may leave once the shipment is off the truck and is not required to assist you in placing the item in your yard. It is important that you inspect the item at the time of delivery, and if the item has any damage, or there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please write "Product Damaged" clearly on the delivery receipt you are asked to sign and then call us.
